- NFC (Near Field Communication)
- Short-range wireless technology (1–4 cm) that lets smartphones read data from NFC tags and cards.
- Digital business card
- A web-based profile with contact info, links, and lead capture shared via URL, NFC, or QR.
- CRM sync
- Automatic transfer of captured contacts from TapyTap to your Customer Relationship Management system.
- Lead capture
- Collecting a prospect's contact information via a form on your TapyTap profile with explicit consent.
- NFC tap
- The action of holding a smartphone near an NFC card to open the linked profile.
- QR scan
- Using a smartphone camera to read a QR code that links to a TapyTap profile or destination.
- Profile block
- A modular content unit in the TapyTap builder (contact form, gallery, FAQ, booking, etc.).
- vCard
- A standard file format (.vcf) for electronic business cards. TapyTap profiles go beyond vCard with analytics and CRM.
- UID
- Unique identifier of an NFC chip used to claim and link a physical card to your account.
- White-label
- Enterprise feature to brand the TapyTap platform with your company's logo, colors, and domain.
- Tap analytics
- Data on who tapped your card, when, where, and how many times.
- GDPR consent
- Explicit permission recorded when a contact shares their information via your profile.
